Deployment & trust

Your infrastructure. Your models. Your rules.

Every AI vendor gets asked where the documents go. With Litmus, you decide the answer.

Fully disconnected: entirely self-hosted models, no internet connection at any point.

Designed for scrutiny

Built expecting to be audited.

  • You choose every endpoint. Which AI services Litmus may use is your configuration — your team decides, and can change it at any time.

  • Every answer shows its sources. Citations by design, in every tool — reviewers verify the evidence, not the model’s word.

  • Access is controlled and actions are logged. Role-based access, with request-level traceability from a user’s action to the system’s response.

  • Data sovereignty and confidentiality, by design. Your documents stay in your environment, under your jurisdiction and your control — and they are never used to train models.

Straight answers

Ask us the hard questions.

Where does the data live?

Wherever you decide, and that is the point of the three models above. On-prem, your documents sit on your own servers or private cloud and no vendor cloud is in the path. Managed, Litmus hosts and operates the suite while the endpoints stay your configuration. Air-gapped, the environment is fully disconnected, running entirely self-hosted models with no internet connection at any point. For audit and risk teams in the UAE, this is usually the first question asked of any AI vendor, and it should be answered before anything else is discussed.

Who can see it?

Access is role-based, and actions are logged with request-level traceability from a user’s action to the system’s response — so it is clear after the fact who saw what and who decided what. Which AI services Litmus may use is your configuration, set by your team and changeable at any time. Your documents are never used to train models.

What happens when we leave?

On-prem and air-gapped, the question largely answers itself: the corpus never left your environment, so there is nothing to retrieve from us. Reporting output is not locked in either — findings export to .docx and committee material to .pptx, in the formats you already report in. Whatever your arrangement, ask the question early rather than at renewal, and expect a specific answer.
